Dr. Tammy Barnett, CEO of Unwrapping Imperfection and curator of the ConnectHER Weekend Retreat (formerly OnPoint Retreat), sought a comprehensive rebrand for both her personal brand and her retreat. With over a decade of experience as a coach and mentor, Tammy aimed to enhance her personal brand to showcase her expertise, establish herself as a thought leader, and position her brand for greater opportunities.

As the retreat approached its 4th year, a brand refresh was necessary to appeal to new audiences, attract sponsors, and boost sales. While Tammy had an existing brand, she wanted to refine her brand message, identify new target audiences, and develop cohesive visual elements to create a unified brand identity.
